With over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industry, Peter brings a wealth of expertise and know-how. Having worked at a local, interstate and international level within finance, property and construction, Peter has a sound knowledge of the property development industry and civil construction process both at a strategic and hands-on level.

  • Served as a Board Member and Director of many companies across a range of industries and organisations
  • Active member of Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, Property Council of Australia, Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Housing Industry Association (WA)

Calvin Kirk

Civil Engineering

Calvin is a RPEQ Chartered Civil Engineer with 20 years of experience encompassing design, scheduling, procurement, cost control, contract administration and quality control and construction across a range of roles and industries. Calvin is known for his practical approach to civil design, problem solving and honest lines of communication. Calvin is the main driver behind the design philosophy of Park Lake to incorporate soft stormwater measures (swales) which are aesthetically better in the rural environment. Calvin is the overseeing design engineer and Superintendent for the development.

Daniel Zilli

Town Planning and Management

Daniel is a Director at B Planned and Surveyed and has over 18 years of experience as a consulting town planner and project manager in the private sector. Based in Brisbane, Daniel specialises in providing high-quality, commercial town planning advice to the urban development sector operating in Queensland.

Daniel specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams through due diligence investigation, planning approval process, operational works, civil construction and plan sealing. His holistic view of the development process ensures that projects can be delivered with maximum profit and minimal delay. He fundamentally understands the importance of, the entire development process, including disciplines and processes outside of his profession, the legislative framework and how these influence project feasibility, risk management and project delivery.
