POPULATION GROWTH

The 2021 Census data revealed a 17.64% population growth in Adare from the 2016 Census. There is no doubt that the Lockyer Valley is a desirable area to live in, with all the conveniences of everyday life less than ten minutes from Park Lake, including three major supermarkets, post office, schools, aquatic centre, business centre and medical centres. This increase in population growth will continue to generate economic growth, support local businesses and help deliver improved infrastructure and facilities.

MORE FAMILIES OWN THEIR HOME

Adare offers the perfect lifestyle to raise a family and is a great country town for all stages of life. The 2021 Census has revealed that more families are calling Adare home, with a 27.96% increase in families living in Adare. Those who have moved to Adare are also owning or already own their home, with 71.2% owner-occupiers. BOOMING EDUCATION ENROLMENTS

Education enrolments in Adare are booming, with a 13.10% increase in those attending an educational institution. Preschool enrolments increased 55.56%, Primary increased 11.58%, Secondary increased 13.92% and Tertiary increased 4.65%. Park Lake Adare is in close proximity to eight local schools including Gatton State School, Peace Lutheran School, Our Lady of Good Counsel School, Lockyer High School, Glenore Grove State School, Hatton Vale State School and Faith Lutheran College.
