Construction Update – April

The team from Park Lake Adare are pleased to bring you a Construction Update on Stage 1. Newlands Group have been busy on site and the Civil Works for Stage 1 have now been completed! Now that Civil Works for Stage 1 have been completed, we are on track for the first residents to begin building in the coming months. This is an exciting milestone for the project, and we are thrilled to see it come to life.

There are a limited number of blocks remaining in Stage 1, which are anticipated to be ready to build on this year. All Stage 1 lots have FREE fencing. Please note that site inspections are by appointment only. Contact Peter on 0400 224 111 to book your inspection!
