Construction Update

The team from Park Lake Adare are pleased to bring you a Construction Update on Stage 1. There has been lots of activity on site at Park Lake Adare. Newlands Group have been busy with Civil Works construction and are moving along well. This prime acreage land offers flat building blocks within soft undulating landscapes. Imagine the privilege of designing a one-off contemporary residence benefiting from the natural spirit and surrounds of the 44HA conservation parklands.

5. Roads boxed out and being proof rolled
