Creating a welcoming and family-friendly community is a top priority at Park Lake, and we’re excited to announce some new initiatives we’re taking to enhance the sense of safety and security in our neighbourhood.

One of the measures we have implemented to ensure the safety of our residents is the installation of hi-tech CCTV security cameras by Idetect throughout the estate. With these cameras in place, we can monitor any activity that may occur and take immediate action if necessary. Our residents can rest assured that they are living in a secure environment.

In addition to the security cameras, we have engaged the services of Brisbane Valley Security Services to conduct random security patrols seven days a week. This added layer of security will help to ensure that our community remains a safe place for families to live.

Creating a family-friendly community is about more than just security, though. We want to make sure that all our residents feel welcome and included. To achieve this, we encourage our residents to hold and participate in community events and activities, such as regular barbecues, movie nights, and sports days. These events provide opportunities for residents to get to know each other, make new friends, and strengthen the sense of community within Park Lake.
