Protecting the natural environment

Park Lake Adare has an abundance of trees, wildlife, and natural beauty, and we are committed to preserving and protecting it. Many measures are underway, and planned for the future, to ensure that the local environment is protected from any disturbance through a series of mitigation measures. The aim of this initiative is to create a natural environment where wildlife can thrive and provide an excellent recreational space for the local community to enjoy.

One of the most significant steps to protect the local environment is the development and maintenance of 100 acres of public open space. This area includes a range of activities such as weed management, planting tube stock and mature plants, and maintaining the existing trees and vegetation.

In addition, some of the residential lots contain conservation areas which cover around 8.7 hectares in total, which are also being rehabilitated. This is a significant initiative that will have a positive impact on the environment and contribute to the preservation of the natural habitat of the local wildlife.
