End of Financial Year Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The promotion will be run by Park Lake Adare Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and will be valid from the 23rd of June 2023 to the 7th of July 2023 (both dates inclusive).
2. Eligibility: The promotion is available for lots located in Stage 1 only. Only buyers who have obtained finance pre-approval from a recognized financial institution are eligible to participate and qualify for the promotion.
3. Promotion Benefits: During the promotion period, eligible buyers will be entitled to the following benefits:
   • $5000 off the purchase price of a lot in Stage 1.
   • Free fencing for the purchased lot.
4. Participation: To participate in the promotion, eligible buyers must complete the following steps:

   • Provide evidence of finance pre-approval from a recognised financial institution.
   • Select a lot from Stage 1 for purchase.

1. Discount and Free Fencing: The $5000 discount will be applied to the purchase price of the selected lot in Stage 1. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other party. The free fencing will be provided and installed by the Company, according to standard specifications.
2. Lot Availability: The availability of lots in Stage 1 is subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any lot from the promotion at its discretion.
3. Contract of Sale: Upon selecting a lot during the promotion period, the buyer must enter into a formal contract of sale with the Company. The terms and conditions of the contract of sale will be separate from these promotion terms and conditions.
4. Exclusions: The promotion is not applicable to any other stages, lots, or properties outside of Stage 1. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by the Company.
5. Liabilities: The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants during the promotion or as a result of accepting the promotion benefits.
6. Amendment or Termination: The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the promotion, including its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being communicated by the Company.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Park Lake Adare Pty Ltd operates.

By participating in the promotion, buyers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
